01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luckyfortune.app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky Fortune ("the Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Lucky Fortune reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time for any lawful reason.

02 Eligibility and Registration

03 Account Responsibilities

Your Lucky Fortune account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

Password and Login Security

You must create a strong, unique password for your Lucky Fortune account and keep it confidential. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. Lucky Fortune staff will never ask for your full password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, change your password immediately and contact support.

Account Verification

We may request identity documents (such as a government-issued ID) at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing withdrawals. Providing clear, authentic documents promptly helps avoid delays to your transactions.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. We will attempt to contact you before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Applicable dormancy policies will be communicated through your registered email address.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on Lucky Fortune are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time. Bets placed and accepted before a game round closes are binding. Sports Betting

• Using funds obtained through fraudulent means
• Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of game outcomes

Lucky Fortune actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Accounts found engaging in prohibited behaviour will be suspended, all associated winnings may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses and Promotions
